01 Scope & Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to Pamir Logistics LLC, d/b/a SkyBridge Logistics (“SkyBridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and to personal information processed through SkyBridgeLog.com (the “Site”), freight quote requests, shipper and carrier communications, and related brokerage or logistics interactions.

SkyBridge provides freight brokerage and logistics coordination services. This Policy addresses privacy practices; separate customer agreements, rate confirmations, carrier agreements, or other written transportation documents may govern the commercial terms of a shipment.

02 Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Contact and business information: name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and related business contact details.
• Quote and shipment information: pickup and delivery locations, freight type, commodity, weight, dimensions, pickup date, equipment needs, special handling instructions, shipment notes, and other information needed to price or arrange a load.
• Account, billing, and transaction information: information reasonably necessary to establish a commercial relationship, invoice for services, evaluate credit, maintain records, or resolve billing questions, when applicable.
• Carrier and vendor information: business contact details, operating or compliance documents, insurance information, lane preferences, payment information, and other onboarding or performance information when you interact with us as a carrier or service provider.
• Communications: information contained in emails, telephone calls, messages, support requests, claims, forms, or other correspondence with SkyBridge.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, date and time of access, and website interaction or diagnostic data.

03 How We Collect Information

We may collect information directly from you, from your employer or organization, from shippers, consignees, carriers, drivers, warehouses, vendors, referral partners, insurers, compliance providers, public or commercially available sources, and through cookies or similar website technologies.

If you provide information about another person—such as a consignee, pickup contact, driver, or business colleague—you represent that you are authorized to provide that information for the relevant business or transportation purpose.

04 How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

• respond to inquiries and prepare freight quotes;
• arrange, coordinate, track, document, and support transportation services;
• communicate with shippers, consignees, carriers, drivers, and service providers;
• create and maintain business, carrier, vendor, credit, billing, and compliance records;
• process invoices, payments, refunds, claims, or account questions when applicable;
• verify identity, prevent fraud, protect freight, maintain network and website security, and investigate misuse;
• analyze Site performance and improve our services, workflows, customer experience, and marketing;
• send service notices, operational updates, and, where permitted, promotional communications;
• comply with laws, regulations, subpoenas, court orders, recordkeeping requirements, insurance obligations, and contractual duties; and
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and protect the rights, property, or safety of SkyBridge, our customers, carriers, and others.

05 Cookies & Analytics

The Site may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate features, remember preferences, measure traffic, diagnose performance, and understand how visitors use the Site.

You can control many cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking certain technologies may affect Site functionality. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out mechanism for certain cookies or advertising technologies, we will provide the required choice.

06 How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to:

• Transportation participants: motor carriers, drivers, shippers, consignees, warehouses, cross-docks, dispatch or tracking providers, and other parties needed to quote, arrange, perform, or document a shipment.
• Business service providers: website hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, communications, customer support, accounting, payment, document management, identity, security, fraud-prevention, insurance, and professional service providers.
• Compliance and risk providers: carrier-vetting, insurance-verification, safety, fraud, credit, and other transportation-industry compliance services.
• Professional advisers: attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, consultants, and other advisers where reasonably necessary.
• Government or legal recipients: law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or property.
• Business transaction parties: parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections where required.

We may also disclose information at your direction, with your consent, or as otherwise permitted by law.

07 Sale, Sharing & Targeted Advertising

SkyBridge does not sell personal information for money. Some state privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly and may treat certain advertising or analytics disclosures as regulated activity even when no money changes hands.

If our practices are subject to those definitions, eligible residents may exercise the applicable opt-out right by emailing Support@skybridgelog.com with the subject line “Privacy Request – Do Not Sell or Share.” We will process requests as required by applicable law.

08 Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business, transportation, accounting, tax, insurance, security, dispute-resolution, and legal-compliance needs. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the relationship involved, contractual requirements, and applicable law.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal holds and backup or archival practices.

09 Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No website, network, storage system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

You are responsible for using reasonable care when transmitting sensitive or confidential information and for protecting the security of your own systems and email accounts.

10 Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exemptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; or to appeal a privacy-request decision.

To submit a request, email Support@skybridgelog.com and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity and, when applicable, your authority to act for another person. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Authorized-agent requests may require proof of authorization and identity verification as permitted by law. Certain information may be exempt from a request, including information that must be retained for legal, security, transportation, accounting, or other permitted purposes.

11 Marketing Communications

We may send operational communications needed to respond to your inquiry, quote, shipment, account, or business relationship. Where permitted, we may also send promotional communications about SkyBridge services.

You may opt out of non-transactional email marketing by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message, when provided, or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending service, safety, billing, legal, or other non-promotional communications.

12 Children’s Privacy

The Site and our freight brokerage services are intended for business and commercial use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and address the matter.

13 Third-Party Links & Services

The Site or our communications may link to third-party websites, portals, maps, payment services, carrier systems, social media platforms, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy terms of any third-party service you use.

14 International Visitors

SkyBridge is based in Texas, United States, and the Site is operated for a U.S.-based freight brokerage business. If you access the Site from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

15 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. The “Last Updated” date at the top identifies the most recent revision. Material changes may be communicated through the Site or other appropriate means when required by law.
